Hourly rate determined on education/experience and includes the following:
On-Call Differential (all nurses) -3% on starting rate
Swing Shift Differential (all nurses)-$2.00/hour
Stand by Swing Shifts-$20 lump sum
shifts worked within 2 hrs of start time - $50 lump sum
BSN obtained after hire 5% increase
Mental Health Certification 5% increase
Job Summary: Responsible for providing pediatric nursing services to adolescents in a psychiatric residential treatment center, in compliance with federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations and Trillium Family Services policies. Conducts in-service training for staff on healthcare topics.
~Associate degree in nursing. Preference for candidates with BS in Nursing. Licensed RN or LPN in the State of Oregon
